Jane gets people talking. Not about her. Well sometimes. She gets them talking to each other, and talking to their customers. Having profitable conversations. There’s a double meaning in that.

Jane designs conversations.  She trains people to own those conversations and she makes sure they feel good about their new skills.

Recently Jane’s trained teams at Lloyds Banking Group. As a result, they’re now building better relationships with their customers. And she’s listened to heaps of calls for a bank and worked out what they need to do to achieve the holy grail of banking – customer loyalty.

Jane’s commercial savvy comes in part from five years as Director of Client Services and Operations at SDI Media Group.
