Catherine is our expert in internal communications. Working for organisations as varied as the Ministry of Justice and the Tate, she’s spent 10 years exploring what motivates and engages people inside organisations – and has lived to share the tale. She understands the pressure of change, change and more change.
She’s recently been helping us develop a communications strategy for a large employer who needs to talk to 20,000 people about becoming automatically enrolled in the company’s pension scheme.
Catherine is an NLP Master Practitioner, is studying for a Gestalt Counselling diploma and will then go on to be a full Jedi. She tells us these things give her a deeper insight into building great relationships. Given how much we love her, it’s probably true.
