Mehrabian Bites

Chinese whispers. Long ago this whisper reached the world of personal branding: words don’t matter. Or at least words don’t matter as much as the way we say them… It’s not looking good for words.

If they’re sorry, why do they say they “would like to apologise”? Why not just say they’re sorry?

Shy about retiring

What persuades people to start saving for their retirement? It’s so obviously a sensible thing to do, why do half the population not do it?
