Mark Scantlebury, our Managing Director, and Vincent Franklin, our Creative Director, are involved in every project and see everything at regular stages. Katie Falkenberg, our Project Manager, maintains control over the budget and the order of activity. She keeps our clients constantly updated and is always available to them. Our full time writers and workshop leaders, Rhys Williams, Simon Grover, Tom Mitchell, Anthony Byrt and Jane Eden are visible in the same way. Our Office Manager is Jochem van Ast. He knows all our clients and where we are with all the projects.
Project Management
Like every agency we have 'suits' and 'creatives' but we don't make much of the distinction. Everybody who works on a project is actively contributing to the end product. Our clients are as likely to sit around a table with the writer or workshop leader as they are with the project manager. They won't ever come across an individual solely there to 'manage the relationship', take notes or brief others. Our approach is direct, transparent and collaborative - this is something we know our clients appreciate and gets us to the heart of any problem quickly.
